30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We’re confident you’ll love your new home. But if you don’t, just notify us within 30 days of move-in, and you can break your lease. We’ll be sad to see you go, but we understand that sometimes plans change.

  • What are the additional fees on top of monthly rent?

    We strive to make our pricing as transparent as possible, and each additional fee will be clearly stated in your rental agreement. 


    Additional fees include: 


    - Administrative Processing Fee: $4.19

    - Water, Sewer and Trash: Based on usage and occupancy, and billed in addition to your monthly rent 

    - Pest Control: $1

    - Electric: Based on usage and residents will need to create a utilities account 

    - Per pet fee: $35 per pet

    - Garage: If applicable, $100

    - 1.5% Sales Tax

    - Debit Card Payments will incur a service fee ranging from $3.95 to $9.95 per transaction

    - Credit Card Payments will incur a service fee of 2.95% per transaction

  • What do I need to qualify for an apartment?

    We're thrilled to hear you want to apply! Each resident must meet certain criteria, including rental, credit, and criminal history checks, as well as employment and income verifications.

    After you have finished your application, you will receive a confirmation email with preliminary approval. To make your approval final, the office team will need a copy of each occupant's photo identification, as well as pay stubs or W-2's to confirm income requirements.

  • I've been approved, what's next?

    Congratulations and thank you for choosing Alante at the Islands as your new home! Once approved, you will receive a Welcome Home letter from our team with a checklist to complete before moving in.

    Action items include:
    - Electronically signing your lease
    - Setting up your resident portal account
    - Paying move-in fees and deposits
    - Sending our team confirmation of your utilities accounts and renters insurance
    - Setting up your move-in appointment

    We will stay in contact with you through this process and are available to answer any questions that you may have to make your move-in as smooth and easy as possible.

  • My move-in date is coming up, what's the move-in process?

    Welcome Home to Alante at the Islands!

    Before your move-in date, we will ensure all required action items have been completed as outlined in the Welcome Home letter. We will then set up a move-in appointment.

    On your move-in date, we will give you a move-in packet with need-to-know information, hand over your keys, and you can begin moving in!

  • As a resident, where will I park? What about my guests?

    Every apartment home comes with one reserved covered parking space. Both guests and residents with more than one vehicle may park in any uncovered parking spaces on a first-come, first-serve basis. Residents may also lease a garage for $100 per month.

  • As a resident, how will I receive packages?

    Packages from FedEx, UPS, DHL, and Amazon are delivered directly to residents' doors. USPS packages will be delivered to your mailbox. If the package is large, USPS may keep them at the Downtown Chandler Post Office.

  • What school district is Alante at the Islands in?

    Students at our community attend Chandler USD for elementary and middle school, and Gilbert USD for high school.
